TCC.db
The SQLite databases where macOS stores privacy permission decisions: one system-wide and one per user, with an access table of client, service and decision.
TCC.db is the SQLite database in which tccd stores permission decisions. The system copy is at /Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC/TCC.db; each user has one at ~/Library/Application Support/com.apple.TCC/TCC.db. The access table holds one row per client, service and target, with the decision, a reason code, a code requirement and last_modified in Unix seconds.
It is a register of current decisions, not a usage log, and it runs in WAL mode, so collect TCC.db-wal with it. See TCC.db location and acquisition.
